How do I track my order?
For registered clients, simply login, click on "Account Status" found on the left hand column and the list of In-Process orders will appear. Select the order you wish to obtain the tracking number for and click "Details". The tracking number can then be found under the "Tracking Number" tab. Click on the link and you will be redirected to UPS website to see the shipment status.

Tip: Simply click on "Order Tracking" tab on the top right hand corner of the website and enter the information as prompted to view your tracking information.
What does "In-Process" and "Completed" mean in the order status column?
There are two types of status that will appear.

In-Process: The order is placed, payment is made, and Dr. Battery is working on packing and shipping your order.

Completed: The order has been picked up by the courier and a tracking number has been issued.
How do I view my order history?
For registered clients, simply login, click on "Order History" found on the left hand column and the list of past orders will appear.
