What is your Return Policy?
Dr. Battery products can be exchanged within the warranty period. An exchange will be provided if the product is tested and deemed defective by our in-house technician.
How can I return my order?
An order can be filed for exchange in 3 simple steps.
  • Download the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form below:

    RMA Form (requires Acrobat Reader)

    Complete and email the form to GlobalRMA@drbattery.com. We will notify you if your product is covered under warranty within 48 hours. If the exchange is covered under the warranty, an RMA number will be issued and emailed to you.
  • Once you have received your RMA number. The defective product(s) must be shipped with protective packaging along with the RMA form (with RMA number) and a copy of original invoice within 7 days. The return MUST be in its Original Packaging. The RMA number will be cancelled if the product is not received within 30 days. The package must be prepaid with the RMA number clearly marked on the shipping label.

    *Dr. Battery reserves the right to refuse returns and exchanges not in accordance with its policy.
What happens to my RMA once it reaches your office?
Upon receiving RMAs, it is directly sent to our testing facility for testing. After testing, our technician will then inform the RMA department whether the product received is in fact defective.
How long does it take to process my RMA?
It takes approximately 2 weeks from the date we receive the package.
