How do I place an order?
Placing an order at DrBattery.com is quick and convenient, simple steps are listed below:
  • Use the keyword search bar at the top right hand corner of the page to search for the correct product.
  • Simply click the "Buy Now" button on any product page.
  • When you are finished shopping, click the "Checkout Now" button in your shopping cart.
  • Sign in to your online account, or create a new online account to continue with the checkout process.
  • Verify your billing and shipping address, and changing the shipping address if necessary.
  • Select your shipping method, and click "Verify Order"
  • Enter your payment information, then click the "Submit Order" button.
  • Print a copy of your order confirmation for your records.
When will my order be process?
All in-stock orders will be processed within 24 hours upon being received, Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays.
Do I need to pay sales tax?
Taxes will be collected if items are shipped within Canada and the state of WA, USA. We shall not be liable for handling customs charges for shipments shipped out of Canada.
How do I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled if the item has not been packed or shipped. Please contact customer service via email at GlobalSupport@drbattery.com. Once the item is packed and shipped, you are responsible for all shipping including shipping charges incurred to ship the item back to us.
How do I know if the item I am looking for is in stock?
The number of pieces in stock is indicated on the product page. If an item is out of stock, the In-Stock field will say "out of stock (ship 1 – 2 weeks)". We will then place your order on our backorder list.
How will I know when Backordered items are available and shipped?
Dr. Battery will not contact you when these items have been shipped. You can, however, check the status of your order by clicking the Order Tracking Tab or by signing in to your account. You may also contact our customer service at GlobalSupport@drbattery.com.
How is the total cost of my order calculated?
The total cost of your order is equal to the total cost of the product, plus shipping. However, you are also responsible for the VAT or import duty for the items that you purchased should such costs be incurred.
What payment methods are accepted by Dr. Battery?
PayPal is used for all online transactions. After you verify your order, you will be automatically transferred to the PayPal website. All major credit cards are accepted by PayPal including: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DISCOVER and payments from your PayPal account should you have one. If you do not have a PayPal account, simply click "Not a Member" and continue with the payment.
Is it safe to enter my personal information and credit card number over the internet?
DrBattery.com uses industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt potentially sensitive customer information such as name and address. This means that any information you provide will be stored securely in our servers and will be hard for unauthorized third party to decrypt the information.
What is your shipping policy?
All in-stock orders will be processed an shipped within 48 hours Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.
What shipping methods are used?
The following information is the suggested travel time as provided by UPS (United Parcel Services).

North American Shipments

UPS Ground: 3 – 7 business days
UPS Express Saver: 1 - 3 business days
USPS/CanPost P.O. Box: 5 - 10 business days



International Shipments

UPS Worldwide Express Saver 2 - 5 business days

*P.O. Box shipments are unavailable outside of Canada and United States.
