Placing an order at DrBattery.com is quick and convenient,
simple steps are listed below:
- Use the keyword search bar at the top right hand corner of the page to
search for the correct product.
- Simply click the "Buy Now" button on any product page.
- When you are finished shopping, click the "Checkout Now" button in your shopping cart.
- Sign in to your online account, or create a new online account to
continue with the checkout process.
- Verify your billing and shipping address, and changing the shipping address if necessary.
- Select your shipping method, and click "Verify Order"
- Enter your payment information, then click the "Submit Order" button.
- Print a copy of your order confirmation for your records.

All in-stock orders will be processed within 24 hours upon being received, Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays.

Taxes will be collected if items are shipped within
Canada and the state of WA, USA. We shall not be liable for handling customs
charges for shipments shipped out of Canada.

Orders can only be cancelled if the item has not been packed or shipped.

and shipped, you are responsible for all shipping including shipping charges incurred to
ship the item back to us.

The number of pieces in stock is indicated on the product page.
If an item is out of stock, the In-Stock field will say "out of stock (ship 1 – 2 weeks)".
We will then place your order on our backorder list.

Dr. Battery will not contact you when these items have been shipped.
You can, however, check the status of your order by clicking the Order Tracking Tab or by signing
in to your account. You may also contact our customer service at

Yes, shipping charge will apply if the items are shipped separately.

The total cost of your order is equal to the total cost of the product,
plus shipping. However, you are also responsible for the VAT or import duty for the items that you
purchased should such costs be incurred.

PayPal is used for all online transactions. After you verify your order,
you will be automatically transferred to the PayPal website. All major credit cards are accepted by
PayPal including: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, DISCOVER and payments from your PayPal account should you
have one. If you do not have a PayPal account, simply click "Not a Member" and continue with the payment.
