Key Account Representatives

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify new opportunities for business with both existing and new clients.
  • Manage client relationships, including making telephone and face-to-face sales calls to current clients on a timely basis to uncover opportunities and advance the sales process.
  • Communicate with various levels of IT decision makers depending on the organization you are contacting.
  • Support customer acquisition activities, including trade shows, email marketing, etc.
  • Give presentations and briefings to clients as needed.

Warehouse Associate - Picker/Packer

Location: Richmond
Position Type: Part-Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Systematically matching and retrieving batteries and AC adapters from specific warehouse location based on computer generated packing slips.
  • Visual inspection of the AC adapter or battery for quality assurance purposes.
  • Place labels and stickers on the products and product packaging.
  • Approve products for shipment after visually inspecting the exterior packaging
  • Receive, open, and lift boxes
  • Convoy materials and items from receiving to storage or other designated areas.
  • Sort and place materials or items on racks/shelves according to predetermined area.
  • Ensuring tidy work environments.
  • Other duties as assigned

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • No formal warehouse experience required.
  • Individual must be able to walk and stand for 4 hours shift.
  • Good hand and eye coordination.
  • Must be self managed and motivated.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal employees.
  • Possesses multitasking skills.
  • Willingness to learn and attention to detail is an absolute must.

Outbound Sales Representative

Accounting Clerk

Location: Richmond

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle customer’s accounts receivable includes filing invoices and reminding customer of outstanding payments.
  • Assist with accounts payable to prepare checks.
  • Prepare sales representative commission calculations.
  • Prepares requisitions for office, computer, and routine supply purchases.
  • Responsible for petty cash and reconciliation of petty cash file.
  • Assist other accounting department personnel as needed.
  • Audit daily sales reports submitted by sales representatives.
  • Assumes responsibility for effectively researching, tracking, and resolving (or properly referring) accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies
  • Maintain regular contact with other departments to obtain and convey information and/or to correct transactions.
  • Prepare paper work and file documents.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Negotiate and solve any pricing issues with Vendor.
  • Work with Vendors to ensure product availability and delivery scheduling.
  • Run and Analyze reports to maintain proper inventory levels.
  • Place purchase order to meet cut off schedule.
  • Work with Sales department to keep up-to-date on the trends and the needs when making buying decisions.
  • Be familiar with the company’s product and related knowledge.
